Welcome to PortriQ. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Products
We specialize in custom printed posters and framed artwork.
All product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may slightly vary depending on printing and materials.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
We currently accept the following payment methods in Lebanon:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
OMT
USDT (Tether – cryptocurrency)
Whish Money
Payment must be completed in full before delivery is confirmed, except in the case of COD.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are available across Lebanon.
Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 working days, depending on location and product availability.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because posters and frames are custom printed products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:
The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
The product received is different from what was ordered.
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us through [your support email/WhatsApp number].
5. Liability
PortriQ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, force majeure, or issues beyond our control.
Cryptocurrency payments (USDT) are final and non-refundable.
6. Privacy Policy
Customer information (name, phone number, address) is collected only for order processing and delivery.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to complete your order.
